Ali Goldsworthy’s exclusive about the top three Welsh Conservative European candidates all living in England made it to the Western Mail this morning as the page six and seven lead story.
The Tories have of course scrabbled to justify this problem by arguing that the candidates in question have ‘impeccable Welsh credentials’. That might be more believeable if they had not instituted internal reforms in recent years to ensure that as many of their General Election and Assembly candidates as possible have a Welsh base.
I hope that any of their list who are successful will be moving their homes to this side of the Welsh border.

Ah I didn’t see that. When I started writing it nothing came up on my blog roll – I checked because I figured someone would have done. That’ll teach me to hang around waiting for files to be uploaded I can point to.
