		<description>That comment does you no credit either Marcus. I see you have easily fallen into the Plaid blogger mentality you were so quick to condemn. The Welsh Liberal Democrats achieved a great deal with very limited powers during their time in government.</description>

Communities First was of course launched during the Labour-Welsh Liberal Democrat Government but there have been two full scale reviews of it since then, which identified many of the issues raised by the Auditor and which should have led to changes that better focussed the scheme. I said as much on several occasions but Labour and the subsequent One Wales Ministers did not get to grips with what needed to be done.</description>
