Also, ours is a slight change of policy between elections. Plaid's is a broken manifesto commitment once in government.

Also the Liberal Democrats are still committed to abolishing tuition fees as is Nick Clegg. Also what is decided in London has no impact on the Welsh Party. The issue is devolved so we decide our own policy in Wales.

Chad,

There is one tiny difference between the Lib Dem plans and the Plaid sellout. We are not talking about removing existing support for students. We are talking about whether we can provide EXTRA support for students and improve their situation should we be in government in May.

Plaid, are already in government. Have Plaid improved the situation for students like they promised? No, but that might be understandable given the current circumstances. But what is not understandable, and is completely unforgivable, is voting instead to give students even more debt and further financially cripple them.

We are being honest about the level of support we can provide, and would not make things worse.

Plaid lied about what they would provide, and have made things worse.

Your party sold out. Accept that.

"Given that Plaid no longer support the scrapping of tuition fees, and we aim to (even if we recognise that it is difficult), maybe she should reconsider her political priorities herself?"

If your upset with your party over tuition fees, take it up with the leadership of your own party. It's not Plaid's fault that your London bosses have thoroughly humiliated your Welsh branch, and proved your irrelevance, by adopting the exact same stance that Plaid have over tuition fees. It's also not Plaid's fault that you now have to order thousands of new leaflets in Ceredigion xD
