Which is a shame for all the good things that they have done in Cardiff, and all the improvements after the years of neglect by the previous administration. It would help if they created a director of public relations utilizing the social networking sites such as Youtube and Facebook. For example they could have a youtube channel with which the leader and executive could broadcast to the public weekly about what is going on. In he US cable stations reserve a channel for local government. This I believe could work. This is how the various pressure groups in Cardiff get support and get their message out.
