The lab-plaid govt are just resting on their laurels. They have no conception that many people in rural Wales run small business' because there is no big business. v.good about budget, two-thirds of transport budget directed at roads. If better bus services were running people would be more inclined to use public transport. To say people use their cars (as postulated by council transport) in rural areas and will not do buses is negative and environmentally suspect. excellent post and policies.
