This is sad, I lost my job after an accident took away the use of my legs, the NHS messed up big time and I left hospital nearly two years later.

I was so desperate to return to work I did anything and everything to find a job, but one look at my wheelchair was enough.

I saw many people at the job centers some did not want to work or did not care, but many many more who like myself were desperate.

The idea of extra training to keep people employed was a great idea, but even when it came out employers were warning of the red tape involved.

And boy do i know about red tape.
