It’s not just here where there is confusion. It is now official party policy for the Labour Party to support regional benefits, which would obviously hit Wales very badly… worse than the changes that are currently happening under the Tory-LibDem UK Coalition. Welsh Labour, on the other hand, are against the regionalisation of benefits and happily say so. But who cares if Welsh Labour are against the freezing of public sector pay and against the regionalising of benefits? They will not be making the decisions, Labour in London would be and they do believe in them and there is nothing that Welsh Labour would/could do to stop it.
